Sometimes simple is better and all you really need. Don’t shrug this one off as a waste of time, I promise you that it will give you the sweat you want.

This is one of my favorite workouts because it can be done anywhere within a 8 foot circle.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

A Timer
Water bottle
Towel
Accountability – Grab a Buddy

WARM UP:

5 Minutes of Light Cardio
10 Hurdlers each Way
60 Seconds Jump Rope10 Leg Swings each side
10 Butt Kicks
20 Side Lunges

WORKOUT:

After the warm up, perform 8 rounds of burpees, lunges, push ups, and sit ups with little to no rest in between.

You’ll want to shoot for this workout in under 20 minutes. Time yourself and try and beat your time next week,
