What You’ll Need:

  • A Timer
  • Water bottle
  • Towel *if you sweat like me 🙂
  • Accountability!

Warm Up:

  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Side Lunges (each leg)
  • 10 Leg Kicks

Workout:

Perform this workout while watching The Super Bowl. Each commercial you will perform the movement during the duration of the commercial. Repeat the cycle until you’re back to watching the game.

If you want to modify and do this as a normal routine, perform 30 reps or seconds of each movement, then move to the next, as a circuit. Repeat this 10 times with 60 seconds rest in between each full circuit.

Make sure to cool down and stretch!
