What You’ll Need:

  • A good interval timer will make these routines a lot easier. This way you don’t have to be staring at your watch. Instead you can just set your timer and PUSH for the allotted amount of time. The “Interval Timer” and “Gymboss” are both options that can be found for free in the App Store and on Google Play.
  • Water bottle
  • Towel *if you sweat like me 🙂
  • Accountability!

Warm Up:

  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Windmills
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Side Lunges (each leg)
  • 10 Jumping Jack

Workout:

Every Minute on the Minute Workout Complete each move for one minute and stay there until the next minute arrives. Keep this cycle up with one minute of rest between each 5 minute circuit and repeat 3 times.

Make sure to cool down and stretch!
